Valleywide Dental Hosting A Facebook Name That Celebrity Smile Contest

Well we are doing something new here at Valleywide Dental. We are hosting a Name That Celebrity Smile Contest on our Facebook page. We will be posting one celebrity smile every several days until the end of June. Who ever guesses correctly all the celebrity smiles will be entered to win a Philips Sonicare Easy Clean Toothbrush. These sell for $75.00 and up.

Here are the Rules:
1. You must live within driving distance of the ValleyWide Dental office.
2. You may not play under someone else’s Facebook profile/name
3. You may only take one guess, if you change it, please delete any previous guess
4. Prize winners must collect their prize in person
5. To collect your prize you will be required to show some for of Picture ID
6. Winner will take a picture with Dr. Haze, a signed release will be required so that you photo can be put up on Facebook and our website as a prize winner.
